License Agreement

What you can build. What you can't share.

1. License Grant

No Purple Gradients ("NPG") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased skill files (.md) with AI coding tools for the purpose of generating design system specimens, web pages, and related design implementations.

This license is personal to you. It does not extend to your team, your company, or your very helpful friend who "just wants to try it."

2. Permitted Uses

With a valid license, you may:

  • Use the skill files with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools to generate design system specimens and pages
  • Generate output for personal projects and client work
  • Use generated output in unlimited commercial projects — no per-project fees, no royalties
  • Modify, adapt, extend, and build upon any generated output
  • Deploy generated output to production environments
  • Use generated output as the foundation for larger design systems

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute the .md skill files — not publicly, not privately, not "just to one person"
  • Include skill files in products — no templates, themes, asset libraries, or SaaS products that bundle our files
  • Share download links or access credentials — each license is individual
  • Sub-license — you cannot grant others the right to use our skill files
  • Use for AI/ML training or fine-tuning — our specifications are not your training data

The line is clear: use the files, own the output, don't share the source.

4. Output Ownership

This is the part you care about most, so we'll be direct:

Everything you generate is yours. The HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design implementations that AI produces using our skill files belong entirely to you. Use them however you want. Sell them. Ship them. Build empires on them.

  • Unlimited commercial use of all generated output
  • No royalties, no revenue sharing, no usage fees
  • No attribution requirements on generated output (though we appreciate it)
  • Full ownership transfers to you upon generation

5. Attribution

Generated output should retain the following comment where practical:

This is encouraged but not legally required. We won't sue you for removing it. But leaving it in is a good look, and good looks are kind of our thing.

6. Single-User License

Each license is valid for one individual. That means one person using the skill files on their own machines with their own AI tools.

7. Subscription Terms

  • Annual subscribers receive access to all skill files and updates during their active subscription period. When the subscription lapses, access to new updates ends, but previously downloaded files remain usable.
  • Lifetime license holders receive access to all current and future skill files indefinitely. No expiration. No renewals. One payment, permanent access.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if:

  • Your subscription expires and is not renewed
  • You violate any of the restrictions outlined in Section 3
  • We determine, at our reasonable discretion, that your use harms NPG or its users

Upon termination, you must cease using and delete all copies of the skill files. Output generated before termination remains fully usable — we don't retroactively claim your work.
