1. The Short Version
14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. No questions asked.
If you're not satisfied, we don't want your money. We'd rather you leave happy than stay resentful. That's not altruism — it's just good business.
2. Annual Subscriptions
- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund. No hoops, no retention specialists, no "can we offer you a discount instead" emails.
- After 14 days: You can cancel anytime, but a refund won't be issued for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Renewal charges: If you forget to cancel and get charged for a renewal, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge for a full refund.
3. Lifetime Purchases
- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund. Same no-questions-asked policy.
- After 14 days: All sales are final. A lifetime license is a significant commitment on both sides — we commit to providing updates indefinitely, and you commit to the purchase.
4. Free B2B Systems
They're free. No refund needed. You're welcome.
5. How to Request a Refund
The process is simple:
- Contact us with your order number
- That's it. No forms, no surveys, no mandatory feedback sessions.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method. If your bank takes longer to post the credit, that's between you and your bank.
6. After a Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Access to premium systems is revoked — the skill files should be deleted from your environment
- Free B2B systems remain accessible — they were free before, they're free after
- Generated output remains yours — anything you built before the refund is still your property. We don't claw back your work.
