We collect less data than a blank gradient.

We keep it minimal. Here's the complete list:

  • Payment information — processed entirely by our third-party payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your card details.
  • Usage data — basic analytics like page views and referral sources. Nothing creepy. Nothing personal.

2. What We Don't Collect

This list matters more than the first one:

  • The content you generate — your output is yours. We never see it.
  • Your AI prompts — what you ask Claude is between you and Claude.
  • Your project code — we have zero visibility into your codebase.
  • Your client information — we don't know who you're building for, and we don't want to.

The skill files run locally in your environment. We have no telemetry, no phone-home, no analytics baked into the .md files. They're just text.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for exactly four things:

  • Deliver the product — send you the files you paid for
  • Process payments — handle transactions and receipts
  • Send product updates — new systems, improvements, and relevant announcements (subscribers only)
  • Respond to support requests — when you reach out, we reply

That's it. No behavioral profiling. No ad targeting. No "personalized experiences" that are really just surveillance with better branding.

4. Third Parties

We work with a minimal set of service providers:

  • Payment processor — handles transactions securely
  • Email service — delivers product files and updates
  • Analytics — basic, privacy-respecting website analytics

We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your information is not a product.

We use minimal cookies:

  • Session cookies — required for authentication. These keep you logged in. They're functional, not optional.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand basic site usage. These can be declined. The site works fine without them.

No tracking cookies. No third-party advertising cookies. No cookie walls that make you click through 47 options just to read a page.

You have the right to:

  • Access your data — request a copy of everything we have on you (it's not much)
  • Request deletion — ask us to delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of marketing emails — unsubscribe link in every email, and we actually honor it
  • Export your data — receive your data in a portable format

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

8. Children

No Purple Gradients is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it promptly.
